COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions? Good.
They should already be answered.

The most common friction points between standard logging apps and the KEXBI architecture.

Product

How is this different from MacroFactor?

MacroFactor is an adaptive TDEE tool. It adjusts your daily calorie target based on weight trends. KEXBI already calculates adaptive TDEE — it's one function inside a stack of 68.

But KEXBI doesn't stop at a daily number. Fuel, hydration, and recovery are timed to your biology — sleep, strain, HRV, and environment are processed continuously. If your data changes, you trigger a rebuild. Done in around 3 minutes.

MacroFactor gives you a number. KEXBI orchestrates your entire day.

Can I use this for weight loss?

Yes — within biological limits.

KEXBI prevents aggressive deficits that damage metabolism or strip lean mass. If you want a crash diet, this isn't it.

We protect your metabolism from your ambition.

Does KEXBI require a wearable?

No — but it breaks the system.

KEXBI relies on sleep, HRV, and strain data. Without it, it falls back to static math — which defeats the point.

Usage

What do I actually need to run it?

An iPhone 16+, a kitchen scale, and consistency.

A wearable (Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch) is strongly recommended. Already logging food? Keep your current app — KEXBI reads from Apple Health.

What happens if I miss days of logging?

Missing a day doesn't break anything.

The system falls back to your physiological data. When you return, it recalibrates.

Do I have to eat exactly what the app says?

No. Every meal is a suggestion based on your targets — calories, macros, and timing.

Eat something different, log it, and the system accounts for it in your remaining day. If you build a consistent logging habit, the engine unlocks intra-day replanning — adjusting the rest of your meals around what you actually ate.

How long until I see results?

Energy and gut stability: 4–6 days.
Body composition: 3–4 weeks.
Biomarkers: 8–12 weeks.

Consistency determines speed.

Logistics

Is the beta really free? What's the catch?

Yes. 8 weeks. No card.

The only requirement: use it properly. If you disappear for 7 days without warning, your seat goes to someone on the waitlist.

Why is the beta limited to iOS?

KEXBI relies on on-device processing and Apple Health integration.

Android follows once the core system is stable.

What happens after the 8-week beta?

The TestFlight build expires.

Cohort 001 users who complete the protocol receive lifetime founder pricing.

What data do you collect?

We read sleep, HRV, and energy expenditure from Apple Health.

Your data is never sold. It is never used to train public AI models. It exists only to run your system.
